In September 2013, I participated in a workshop between professors at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV)  and other professors from American University. Together, we produced a book, called Brazil on the Global Stage: Power, Ideas, and the Liberal International Order.

The book, edited by Professors Matthew M. Taylor and Oliver Steunkel, is now in print, and you can get it in entirety here, or you can just download a pre-print copy of my chapter here for free.

I gave a lecture about my own chapter in the book during the book launch at the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) in Rio in May 2015.
